Once the work agreed in a proposal has been completed, it is submitted
to selected members of the user community that have made commitments to
the proposal. These reviewers may selected by any of the following methods:
- Selected by the supplier
- Self - selected - i.e. those committers that requested to be a reviewer
- Randomly selected
The total number of reviewers, and the proportions in the preceding three
categories, are agreed at the outset as part of the terms of a proposal.
If insufficient reviewers have been selected by the first two methods,
rap-X will then automatically pick random reviewers to meet the agreed
total.
Reviewers are responsible for assuring that the supplier's work has met
the terms of the proposal. A proposal may not be marked "complete"
until all reviewers have approved it.
