Once a proposal has been reviewed and approved internally, it can then
be promoted to "Preview" status. This is an optional status,
the purpose of which is to guage customer interest for the proposal before
publishing it and inviting commitments. Customers are encouraged to review
the proposal, and to vote for it if they would seriously consider making
a commitment to it.
Visibility
- Customers can read & edit details of their own votes.
- Customers with user administration permissions can read votes from
all users in their organisation.
- Supplier users can view all voting details.
