SOAP Remote Ticketing Service

This service enables remote applications to manage rap-X Requests (Tickets), users and organsiations.

A Java client library is available to make this remote service as easy to use as possible.

The Remote Ticketing Service provides a comprehensive API for the remote manipulation of rap-X Requests. This API closely models that of the rap-X's internal programming model and is therefore quite complex. For users wishing to remain detached from this complexity we have developed a number of client side libraries.
